Hobbies!.....

 

    * What is hobby?

 

I think this word is unknown

 for you that's why you're

 looking here to know.

So hobby is Simply we can

 say (An Activity) for

 relaxation.As we all are

 doing so much hard work

 in these days of life for

 surviving.So we need to do

 something as a hobby for

 our relaxing....for example

 playing any sports game or

 vedio game or any indoor

 games but I am always

 suggested to everyone to

 play sports games it's

 healthy for us.....

 

* Do you know?

 

 

Our body is get relax from sleep and just lay down on the bed.

But our mind is busy in working on the the same time even when we are sleeping.

Question is?

How our mind get relax?

Our mind is get relax from some activity and sometimes it's need new and more interesting activity that's why sometimes thinking or imagination can be good for us but in a good and proper way to done it and with good time limit.

And also depend upon your interest from this way mind gets more relax then some boring activity.

 

* Hobbies benefits!

 

 

After knowing this term word hobby.

We need to know about how this works?

So we can get more benefits from different hobbies.

A hobby saved your time into getting something from it like knowledge,information,ftness,skill improvement, mind relaxation,body relaxation etc....

We can lead happy life with our common boring work daily routine.

So what we find here?

We need to spend some time with new and joyful activities.

If you include a or more hobbies in your life for mind peace and saving time or knowing something.

So it's a good chance to improving your self.

 

* Choose hobby with your interest.....

 

 

Question is?

How we can choose a hobby for us?

Supposed to be you likes reading, swimming, writing,  travelling etc....

So these are good and benefical activities for saving your time or your life would be became better.

 

* Some Examples....

 

 

I know most of the peoples are thinking now this time.

I don't know what's my like and interest list?

And I have no time for setting up my hobby?

Actually I have some good recommendations for you!

Just read and think for a while what's good for me according to my personality

And don't think so much on it because you so pressure of your work or personal life so take it easy as a normal thing for relaxing to your mind.

 

So these are following examples.....

 

1-- Reading....

 

*  It's a best hobby for everyone no any age limit and we can different books according to our interest.

E.g. Literature, Arts,  Business, Magazines, Science, Culture, Language etc....

If you have no book collection so you can read your syllabus book too from different ways.

Through this way we can learn more.

Spend our time with good things.

Improving skills.

Fixation of defects.....

 

2 -- Writing....

 

*  Why I'm putting writing here in this list of hobbies?

And even you are not any writer and you don't know about writing skill or talent!

So this also for you you can write your feelings and point of view in a poetry form.

And you can write your thoughts and daily life moments in a daily writing form.

So maybe you became writer...

Because A hobby has strong connection from passion and a passion can be changed in to profession.

 

3 -- Sports....

 

*  We can remained physically fit with this amazing and amusing hobby.

Choose any sports game according to your interest.

And play this game in the morning or evening.

Even you don't know how to play as I earlier said don't take it so seriously.

We have competition with our self to be a best from our past version.

But before playing any sports game must read and talk from professional about your game and your medical history etc.

 

4 -- Calligraphy or Arts....

 

*   You can do calligraphy of any language.

English / Uru /Arabic......

Whatever you want like or understand easily.

You can choose any art form.

Painting / Drawing / Colouring.......

For spending your time best.

 

* Did you knew that?

 

 

Sleeping and eating both are hobbies.

But don't make your self fool and don't spend so much time upon sleeping or eating.

Because it's not good for health from both ways to see for body and mind too.
